Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Servicing Non FHA
Claims to oversee post-foreclosure sale conveyance and claims for
various property types.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-sale and loss mitigation claims functions to meet
investor/insurer requirements
Oversee claims audits and ensure compliance with regulatory
directives
Manage title curative cases and facilitate timely filing of claims
with vendors
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent with twelve (12) years of
relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred with thirteen (13) years of relevant
experience
Knowledge of claims, preservation, REO, and analytics
Strong compliance knowledge
Experience in managing staff and performance metrics
