Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to drive
growth and support various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead FP&A activities including Annual Operating Plan,
forecasting, and variance analysis
Collaborate with Implementation and Renewals teams to optimize
capacity and improve renewal metrics
Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to enhance agility and
accuracy in financial reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA
preferred
10+ years of experience in finance, with substantial experience in
Financial Planning & Analysis
Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and financial
systems implementations
Experience with ERP systems and Salesforce
Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into actionable
insights
