Direct staff selection, training, and professional development to
maintain productivity and morale
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
10+ years of directly related experience in escrow operations
8+ years of progressive management experience
Experience in leading employees across multiple locations
Demonstrated competency in executing strategic plans and managing
budgets
