About the Role The Company is seeking a Non-Executive Director with a strong background in digital media, technology partnerships, loyalty, and SaaS go-to-market strategies, particularly within the North American landscape. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the board's strategy, enhancing the company's market presence, and supporting the executive team in its global mission. Responsibilities include working closely with the leadership team to drive best-in-class strategy, contributing to the company's growth and development, and providing guidance on the latest trends in data-led personalization, marketing, and AI. The role also involves challenging the executive team to think bigger, contributing to global partnerships and M&A discussions, and driving the company's ESG strategy.Candidates for this role should have a deep understanding of SaaS B2B go-to-market strategies in North America, with at least 5 years' executive experience in a relevant role within the Martech sector. While prior non-executive experience is not essential, the ability to quickly grasp the company's governance, operations, and strategic priorities is key. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic, collegiate, and inclusive approach, with a strong alignment to the company's values. Experience in scaling technology-led businesses internationally, particularly in the North American market, and a background in decentralized, fast-moving, technology-driven businesses with a strong entrepreneurial culture, are highly valued.
