Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Lead to provide
strategic and operational insights for workforce
decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Assess organizational staffing and identify requirements to meet
workforce objectives
Provide analysis of talent and staffing needs based on
enterprise-level strategic planning
Advise executives on developing functional strategies related to
operational performance and improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8 or more years of Workforce Management experience, with 4 years in
a back-office environment
2 or more years of project leadership experience across multiple
markets/regions/LOBs
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
Experience in daily interaction with Senior Leadership on
operational performance
