A company is looking for a Payroll Operations Manager to lead a
team in delivering payroll services with a focus on union
remittances.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Union Operations team to achieve core KPIs for payroll and
union remittance
Manage a remote team of payroll specialists, ensuring customer
payroll needs are met
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance teamwork and
drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in payroll operations
Union experience is required
Minimum 3 years of direct management experience
Experience with payroll processing and remittances
Preferred experience with Canadian payroll processing
