lead a team of Solutions Architects in the Retail segment.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, train, and grow a team of Solutions Architects
Establish relationships across the business to enhance customer and
team success
Ensure the team maintains advanced knowledge of the technology
stack and continuously learns
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the data space with a technical
product
Proven experience building and leading technical pre-or post-sales
teams
Trusted advisor to technical executives for strategic data
infrastructure decisions
Experience establishing partnerships with systems integrators and
independent software vendors
Demonstrated architectural influence and ability to guide complex
architectures
