Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success
to lead and scale a global Customer Success program.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the strategy and planning for the entire customer
lifecycle
Drive the plan to transition early-stage customers from pilot to
full deployment
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for
customer needs
Required Qualifications
At least ten years of experience in enterprise technology delivery
leadership
Specific experience in selling enterprise technology and data
services, ideally in retail/commerce
Proven ability to drive rapid deployment in enterprise accounts
PPM certification or equivalent project management skills
General understanding of enterprise IT architectures and business
processes
