Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analytics Services Manager -
Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver insights and analytics consulting by analyzing data and
creating presentations for customers
Manage data audits to evaluate reporting accuracy and identify
trends for improvement
Support customer-facing meetings and assist in creating custom
reports for executive reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
Certifications in Analytics or Data Science
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Marketing Analytics, or
similar analytical roles
Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
Experience working with cross-departmental teams within a SaaS
organization
