to enhance volunteer operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Field Teams have necessary tools and resources for effective
performance
Lead a team providing logistical and operational support for
volunteers
Collect and analyze field activity data to inform strategic
decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, management, communication, human
resources, or equivalent experience
4-7 years of experience in a related field
Experience with process and program management
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
Experience working with volunteer-based organizations
