Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee
recruitment strategies and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Establish performance goals for recruiters and provide coaching and
mentorship
Develop and update talent acquisition processes and sourcing
strategies
Maintain recruiting metrics and manage the recruiting department's
budget
Required Qualifications
At least 10+ years of experience in government contract
recruiting
Proven work experience as a Recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition
Manager
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
preferred
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Knowledge of labor legislation and government contracting
environment
