Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Director of Marketing to
lead strategy and implementation for the marketing of its Clinical
Solutions group.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an annual marketing plan, including campaigns
and tactics for distinct audiences
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and promote
content marketing assets
Analyze marketing data to optimize campaign outcomes and report on
effectiveness using KPIs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business, scientific, or
healthcare discipline
Minimum of 20 years of experience in a strong marketing role or
relatable field
At least 10 years in the CRO/Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry
12 years of experience as a functional manager
Experience working in life sciences; marketing leadership within a
CRO is preferred
