Position Summary:To create, launch, maintain, and innovate field facing promotions, platforms and tools that drive profitable case growth and retention while working cross- collaboratively with both internal and field teams and working within assigned budgets. - In addition this role requires the associate to be extremely flexible and able to handle additional projects that support the corporation as needed.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute field facing strategies with promotions and campaigns which will align with and drive our strategic business objectives
• Responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining a full set of metrics/KPIs -which determines ROI and course of action
• Omni Channel Communication with the Field to recommend and execute user experience improvements
• Constantly innovating existing platforms to enhance ROI and adoption
• In all activities drive preference for Sysco BrandRequired Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Minimum Experience:
    • 5 years minimum experience developing and implementing programs (marketing programs preferred.
    • 5 years minimum experience business partnering and cross-functional collaboration.
    • 5 years experience in corporate setting, with emphasis on areas such as business and customer relations.
    • Preferably foodservice sales experiencePhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
