Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager Non Tech 4.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate continuous improvement projects from initiation to
execution
Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives by managing
metrics, workflows, and reporting
Support leadership teams with executive-level reporting and
strategic insights
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Mapping,
Workflow Analysis, and Project Management
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt
required)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
PMP or PMI certification is preferred
Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), metrics, and KPI
development
