Job Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:The Director of Process Improvement will lead
and oversee initiatives to optimize and enhance organizational
processes to achieve operational excellence. This role identifies,
analyzes, and implements improvements to ensure increased
efficiency, productivity, quality, and overall performance. The
Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive
continuous improvement strategies, promote a culture of innovation,
and align process improvements with business objectives.KEY JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to
optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer
satisfaction.
- Lead the identification of process inefficiencies and root
causes, proposing data-driven solutions to address them.
- Support the corporate Technology roadmap by identifying
emerging technologies and how they support the company's strategic
vision.
- Align process improvement initiatives with the company's
long-term goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of process improvement professionals,
providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership and key
stakeholders to ensure alignment on improvement priorities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging
innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Analyze existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify
opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee process improvement projects from concept through
implementation, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and
achievement of desired outcomes.
- Apply lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive results
and ensure sustainable improvements.
- Monitor and report on progress, adjusting strategies as needed
to meet objectives.
- Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to
measure the success of process improvements.
- Provide insights to senior leadership on process performance
and areas for further enhancement.
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate progress and
outcomes of improvement efforts.
- Lead organizational change management efforts to support
adopting new processes and ways of working.
- Address any resistance to change and work to ensure smooth
transitions during process transformations.
- Design and deliver training programs to build organizational
process improvement capabilities.
- Educate employees at all levels on process improvement
methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and database
usage.EDUCATION & TRAINING:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations
Management, or related field (Master's preferred).MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 7-10 years of experience in process improvement,
operational excellence, or related roles, with a proven successful
project delivery track record.
- Advanced knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as
Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar.PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or
other process management software.
- Experience in implementing process improvements in the
manufacturing industry is a plus.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK
ENVIRONMENT:The position is at least 80% to 95% at a desk working
with a computer. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force
occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or
constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects,
including the human body. Performs other physical activities
including use of fingers, sitting, stooping, bending, crouching,
talking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions. Visual acuity
requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision
necessary to prepare and analyze data and figures, operate a
computer terminal, and conduct extensive reading. The incumbent
