Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior BizOps Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for
improvement
Develop and implement standardized workflows to enhance efficiency
for the Repair and Maintenance team
Design and monitor KPIs to evaluate process performance and
outcomes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations
Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in operational process management, with at
least 5 years in a Single Family Rental investment firm
Proven track record of scaling a national Property Services
team
Results-oriented P&L management experience focused on revenue
and margin improvement
Experience in residential real estate, SFR, and/or data analytics
is strongly preferred
