Job Description:
A company is looking for a Servicing Voice, Vendor Relations,
and Performance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee vendor performance by monitoring metrics and ensuring
compliance with service agreements
Evaluate servicing strategies and operational processes, providing
actionable recommendations for improvement
Maintain effective communication with third party agencies and
internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and issue
resolution
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing vendors or third party
agencies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend
data-driven improvements
Experience developing and maintaining KPIs or scorecards for
performance monitoring
Strong organizational and time management skills
