Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Implementation Manager to
oversee the successful implementation of new clients and ensure
their smooth transition to services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables,
and timelines
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the
implementation process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project
execution
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an Implementation or Project Manager in a
client-focused role
Global corporate tax, accounting, or HR experience is a plus
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Customer success mindset with a focus on proactive engagement
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
