Job Description:
A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager,
Post-Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver post-sales onboarding curriculum and ongoing
training for Customer Success and Account Management teams
Conduct ongoing needs assessments to prioritize training needs and
develop content across all teams and regions
Collaborate with Rev Ops to refine processes and reporting
practices that enhance customer health and drive expansion
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in GTM Enablement, Customer Success, or
equivalent role
Experience with sales methodologies and qualification criteria such
as MEDDPICC
Expertise in GTM enablement technologies including Learning
Management Systems and Content Management Systems
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and
build strong relationships
Passion for learning and development with a commitment to
continuous improvements
