Job Description:

A company is looking for an HRIS Manager - Talent (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of HRIS Analysts, fostering a collaborative environment
Oversee the configuration and optimization of Workday HCM for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning
Act as a liaison between business units to ensure HRIS solutions align with organizational priorities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
5-7 years of HR systems experience supporting HR and Total Rewards
5+ years of Workday experience
2+ years of experience managing a team of HRIS professionals
