This unique position offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of furniture sales and store management while earning based on performance. As a Store Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership. This is a commission-only position, providing an excellent opportunity for high earning potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and master the sales process, including customer engagement, product presentation, and closing techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in managing the sales floor, including product placement, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance.
• Develop a deep understanding of our furniture products and stay updated on industry trends.
• Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop leadership and management skills.
• Assist with the scheduling and supervision of sales staff.
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales targets and goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support as needed.
• Learn and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture or retail environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by financial incentives.
  • Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a management role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of interior design principles is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or management is a plus.What We Offer:
