Training Manager for Financial Professionals

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager of Training - Financial Professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Consults with stakeholders to identify training needs and allocate resources
Evaluates training effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives
Develops and personalizes training curriculum for financial professionals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education, sales, or communications, or equivalent knowledge of adult learning theories
Minimum of 8 years professional experience
Extensive experience conducting in-person training, preferably in financial services or insurance
Comprehensive knowledge of advanced training concepts and curriculum development
Prior management experience preferred
