Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of AI to lead its AI strategy and
execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute AI strategy, focusing on LLM fine-tuning and
scalable AI deployment
Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML models for legal tech
solutions
Build and manage a high-performing AI team while ensuring ethical
AI practices
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science,
with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience leading LLM-driven projects and deep expertise in
NLP and deep learning
Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, and MLOps
frameworks
Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AI/ML cloud
services
Experience deploying AI models in production-grade applications
with a focus on security and scalability
