dynamic client partnerships on an account team providing services
across Facilities, Projects, Sustainability and Real Estate
globally for a premier JLL client. In this role you will be a
member of the Global Leadership Team for the account, reporting
directly to the Global Account Executive. Our account team prides
themselves on delivering as One Team for our client and being a
Destination Account within JLL which we achieve through close
partnership with our key clients.In this role, you will lead a team
of > 100 JLL employees providing services across North America
and Latin America. The Americas portfolio includes 60+ sites across
9 countries with an annual budget of > US$30M. You will be
responsible to drive high Occupant Satisfaction while constantly
innovating to drive continuous improvement in JLL's day to day
delivery of services. Specific day to day focus will be on
delivering Facilities, Sustainability and Engineering services to
our client while taking full accountability for the Americas region
which requires close partnership with Americas resources in
Projects and Real Estate. You are ultimately responsible to ensure
One Team delivery in the Americas that meets our client's goals and
objectives.Deep experience delivering in a cross-functional,
multi-regional CRE services provider model will be critical to your
success in this role. The ideal candidate will also have experience
in delivering Engineering services as well as Energy &
Sustainability services + have a strong commercial acumen.General
Description:
- Work Dynamics is a global JLL business dedicated to helping
clients create, shape and manage the future of work by enhancing
the performance of their workplaces, real estate portfolios and
people.
- This role reports to the Global Account Executive of one of
JLL's top, global clients.Responsibilities:
- Partner with a top, global Work Dynamics Client to create a
comprehensive Employee Experience program to drive an amazing
experience for client employees across the global portfolio.
Components of the program will include:
- Service level and amenity standards
- Training programs for on-site JLL teams
- Success measures
- An approach to fully integrate the Employee Experience program
into day-to-day Facility Management operations
- Once created, drive continuous improvement of this program to
target increasing levels of client employee satisfaction
- Inspire a team of 100+ JLL employees to work innovatively and
collaboratively to bring the best of JLL to this client. Coach,
mentor and develop leadership team across Experience, Engineering,
BI and integrated facilities management functions.
- Deliver against all KPI targets for Americas Facilities
Management including meeting or exceeding all contractual
commitments and exceeding target NPS scores for the Property
Management Program.
- Ensure a Goal Zero operating environment.
- Create a recommended site investment strategy for equipment End
of Life; manage and maintain this data to provide revised
recommendations to client.Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a global workplace experience program to
support client's changing workplace needs.
- Manage and ensure the successful delivery of JLL's IFM services
in North and South America which spans 40 sites, 100 buildings and
11+M SF.
- Ensure close alignment with client's Americas Leadership team
to ensure JLL is meeting all budget commitments and priority
targets.
- Coordinate cross-regional IFM programs such as Property
Management, HSSE, etc.
- Ensure the successful delivery of all FM Scope in the MSA
including meeting or succeeded against CPI and KPI targets,
including:
- Property Management Program
- End of Life & Site Re-investment program
- Safety Programs
- Site re-entry / RTO
- Engineering Services
- Partner closely with Global and Regional JLL account leadership
to ensure coordinated delivery across the AMS region and on global
initiatives.
- Manage Americas Performance and QBR process.
- Bring the best of JLL to the client: bringing forth and
implementing new ideas, innovations and thought
leadership.Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years in Corporate Real Estate or
Workplace/Facility Management Leadership Roles.
- Demonstrated expertise leading or running employee experience,
hospitality programs.
- Evident passion for real estate and desire to build a career
within Corporate Real Estate.
- Industry knowledge of latest best practices within integrated
facilities management.
- The ability to work effectively with both peers and senior
executives in a highly entrepreneurial, team-oriented
environment.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Corporate Real Estate experience in LATAM is preferable.
- Technology sector experience is preferable.Location:On-site -
