A company is looking for a VP of Security.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and oversee the organization's information security
strategy and lead the security team
Conduct regular risk assessments and manage incident response to
minimize operational disruptions
Ensure compliance with security regulations and foster a
security-first culture across the organization
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5
years in a leadership role
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
Proven ability to develop and implement large-scale security
strategies
Expertise in risk management, incident response, and security
governance
Experience with blockchain/web3 applications and in-depth knowledge
of cybersecurity frameworks
