Job Overview:
The Regional Director is responsible for maintaining the integrity
of the physical assets and maximizing the returns from the assets
in accordance with the Company's mission, vision, and objectives.
The Regional Director is also responsible for managing the
Community Directors within the assigned portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Community Directors to ensure maximum performance of
the assigned portfolio.
- Conduct formal site inspections of interior and exterior of
apartment buildings and make recommendations for physical repair
and replacements.
- Assist in managing all renovation and construction work on each
community.
- Regularly evaluate market conditions for the immediate
surrounding marketing and competitors.
- Review and implement marketing plans.
- Review rental applications and lease forms for accuracy and
compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Review payment approvals.
- Approve expenditures in accordance with company policy and
procedures.
- Assist with employee selection, training, and compliance with
company policies and procedures.
- Interface with vendors and outside professionals regarding
legal, accounting, insurance, tax, and other matters as
needed.
- Ensure property files and records are maintained.The job

- Experienced Leader - You bring 5+ years of multisite property
management experience and understand what it takes to drive team
performance.
- Operational Expert - You're proficient in budgeting,
compliance, renovations, and strategic planning.

and communicate effectively across teams and departments.
- Data-Driven & Analytical - You make informed decisions and keep
a close eye on key performance indicators.
- Adaptable & Results-Focused - You thrive in a fast-paced
environment with multiple priorities.
- Mentor at Heart - You invest in others and believe success is
best when shared.
- Tech-Savvy - Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook,
and property management tools (such as Yardi).
- Mobile & Flexible - Willing and able to travel up to 50% as
needed across your portfolio.What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications
preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of regional/multisite
property management experience.
- Competencies: Strong leadership, organization, interpersonal
skills, and ability to adapt to shifting priorities and maintain
focus under pressure.
- Professionalism: Prompt and timely, professional appearance,
and respectful of confidentiality, fair housing laws, and safety
