Job Description:
A company is looking for a QMS Manager responsible for managing
the Quality Issue Management team and overseeing the Quality
Management Systems program.
Key Responsibilities
Direct management of the CLS Quality Management Systems team and
oversee global QMS program
Monitor regulatory and accreditation requirements, ensuring timely
resolution of client concerns
Drive improvements within the Quality Management system and support
QMS functions across multiple business units
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated environment with
knowledge of business planning and project management
Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) preferred, with experience
potentially substituting for education
Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Certification, or similar
preferred
Experience in Continuous Improvement Efforts and Root Cause
Analysis
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in a laboratory
environment
