Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director Implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Guide the delivery of services and technology to clients, managing
implementation activities from pre-sales to production
verification
Coordinate strategic program management efforts, ensuring execution
against defined workplans and project objectives
Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and
vendors, serving as the primary contact throughout the
implementation process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or equivalent job experience
8+ years of experience in program and complex project management,
client-facing service delivery, and health plan systems
delivery
PMP certification preferred
Experience with health claims systems such as Facets or HealthEdge
is desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Visio, Project)
