Location: Houston, TX
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to Work in the US

Responsibilities: Support and develop change management and communication strategies that ensure stakeholder understanding, buy-in and adoption of various AI & Digital initiatives
Develop engaging and informative content including presentations, articles, emails, intranet updates and other materials
Identify, communicate and manage training and resources for role-based stakeholders to learn new processes and programs to adapt to change
Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to foster trust and support for change initiatives
Track and measure adoption and communication effectiveness

Desired Skills:

Strong communication skills: ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify and address challenges related to change
Familiarity with change management principals, best practices and methodologies
Proficiency in MS Office products such as Teams and PowerPoint
Experience in development and layout SharePoint pages and content
Experience with MS Project and Azure DevOps a plus
Degree in Change Management, Communications, Business or related field

Education and Experience:

A bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
Change management certification or designation desired.
10 years of experience working in change management or a related field.
