Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a National Business Development Manager with a Roofing company located in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will live in the Houston area and be able to travel regularly.

Pay-rate: $100,000-$115,000 annually + 3% commission GP

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM

This is a Direct Hire Opportunity





Responsibilities:

--- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the roofing and manufacturing industries.

--- Leverage existing relationships to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.

--- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

--- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

--- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer service.

--- Stay up to date on industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.



Requirements:

--- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of business development success.

--- Experience in roofing, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.

--- Strong existing network and a book of business to leverage for immediate impact.

--- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

--- Ability to work independently, develop sales strategies, and drive results.

--- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and develop partnerships.

--- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
