Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Advising
(Re-Entry).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Academic and Finance Advisors to enhance
student success and retention
Develop and implement training programs and individualized
development plans for team members
Analyze team performance metrics to drive improvements and ensure
compliance with regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of five years of experience in student services, advising,
or related fields
Preferred three years of leadership experience in higher
education
Experience in a technology-driven environment preferred
Knowledge of financial aid processes and higher education
policies
