Required Qualifications
10+ years in marketing analytics, specifically in Wealth Management
or Group Retirement
2+ years of people leadership experience
Strong experience in marketing analytics, segmentation, and service
model optimization
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and marketing measurement
frameworks
Proven ability to build relationships and influence
decision-making
