Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a global team to enhance the customer journey and
drive customer satisfaction
Collaborate with sales and services to improve customer retention
and renewals
Establish data-driven success processes and advocate for customer
needs across the organization
Required Qualifications
10-12+ years of experience in a Senior Customer Success leadership
role, preferably at the executive level
Proven ability to build and scale teams effectively
Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly with IT, L&D, and Business
personas
Familiarity with CRM platforms like Gainsight
Demonstrated ability to influence and lead through collaboration
and negotiation
