We're on the hunt for a Senior Sales & Applied Technology Manager who thrives at the crossroads of deep technical knowledge and commercial savvy. What You'll Do

- Lead technical sales efforts across North America with strategic outreach to partners in Germany and China.

- Translate complex fuel cell technology into customer-centric solutions that drive real-world impact.

- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product management to align technical innovation with market needs.

- Own the full sales cycle-from identifying opportunities and building relationships to closing deals and supporting implementation.

- Lead cross-functional technical projects, ensuring seamless execution from proposal to delivery.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insight into system performance, integration, and optimization.



What You Bring

- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (advanced degree = even better).

- Fuel cell experience is essential, you know the science, the systems, and the market.

- Strong project management background-you've run complex, high-stakes technical programs.

- Proven success in technical sales, applications engineering, or customer-facing roles in energy, clean tech, or advanced materials.

- Confidence navigating both the lab and the boardroom-with the communication skills to match.

- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across North America, with regular international travel to Germany and China.
