Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse RNJob Summary:Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work one-on-one with patients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.Responsibilities:

• Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
• Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
• Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionalsRequirements:
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
