Job Description:

The Heights of Tomball is seeking a Registered Nurse MDS Coordinator with a current and valid Texas RN nursing license or valid RN license from a Compact Party State. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the reimbursement system of Medicare, Medicaid, and case management, and have preferred skilled nursing facility experience as an MDS Nurse. Knowledge of state and federal regulations, both clinical and financial as it relates to the RAI process and reimbursement systems is also preferred.
