Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to
monitor and coordinate medical treatment under Workers'
Compensation law.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephonic case management focusing on medical
appropriateness of care and cost savings
Facilitate communication among employees, employers, insurers, and
healthcare providers
Evaluate treatment plans and track protocol management for medical
service delivery
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of three years clinical
experience
At least one year of Florida Workers' Compensation or occupational
Case Management experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Proactive and independent with strong time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal
supervision
