Job Description:
A company is looking for an Early Intervention Physical
Therapist for 5 to 19 hours per week in a hybrid work setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized one-on-one physical therapy to children from
birth to age three
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to implement customized
plans of care in natural settings
Work with other childcare professionals to achieve goals outlined
in the Family Service Plan
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 1 year pediatric physical therapy experience in any
setting
Possession of or willingness to obtain Virginia Early Intervention
Certificate
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in the
respective state
Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
