Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II - Part
Time.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients in a therapeutic manner and model effective
communication and coping skills
Assist clients in identifying personal recovery goals and determine
appropriate interventions
Advocate for resources based on assessed needs and maintain
relationships to monitor client progress
Required Qualifications
Four years of full-time paid experience in a relevant mental health
or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related
field
Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making
pressure
Experience in crisis intervention
Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
Willingness to work night shifts as part of a part-time
schedule
