Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Specialist to provide customer
support and assistance regarding their products.
Key Responsibilities
Understand, categorize, and diagnose customer requests efficiently
through various communication channels
Document customer interactions and ensure issues are fully resolved
with follow-ups
Assist in onboarding and training processes for customers to
effectively use the products
Required Qualifications
Understanding of veterinary terminology and workflows
Availability to work overnights and weekends
3+ years experience in a veterinary hospital (nice-to-have)
Experience using or installing relevant EMR systems
(nice-to-have)
