with residency training in Emergency Medicine Certifications: PALS
certification Must-Have: Strong communication skills Expertise in
the evaluation and management of acute medical emergencies Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment and
decision-making skills Job Description: - Join a collegial team of
emergency care professionals in a facility offering 24/7 emergency
services. - Engage with an annual patient volume of around 20,000,
including 10-15% pediatric cases. - Work in a state-of-the-art
emergency center with 12 private treatment rooms. - Enjoy 24 hours
of physician coverage complemented with 12 hours of Advanced
Practice Provider coverage daily. - Provide critical interventions
for serious emergencies with quick transfer capabilities to
affiliated healthcare facilities. - Utilize a full suite of on-site
diagnostic equipment, including a 64-slice CT scanner, dedicated
x-ray suite, ultrasound, and telemetry equipment. - Benefit from a
Picture Archiving Communications System (PACS) to transmit any
diagnostic image electronically for seamless follow-up. -
Participate in the 24-hour monitoring and testing of patients,
particularly in cases involving chest pain. The position is vacant
and urgently seeking a skilled and dedicated physician to enhance
the emergency department's service quality and effectiveness.
