Job Description:
A company is looking for a Primary Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
Establishes positive rapport with clients and conducts individual
and family therapy
Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders, creating and updating
individualized treatment plans
Conducts group therapy sessions and maintains thorough records of
patient progress
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, social work,
counseling, or a related field
Must be a fully-licensed counselor, therapist, or social worker
able to practice independently in the state licensed
Minimum of 1 year of experience treating patients with eating
disorders
Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including DBT, ACT,
and CBT, is desirable
Demonstrated understanding of cultural diversity issues
