Our Intake team works to build caseloads in areas near where therapists live to minimize drive time.Learn more about us at https://www.reliantpediatrictherapy.com/*Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:** Assess, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans with measurable goals* Engage patients with fun and age-appropriate activities to maintain their motivation* Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care*Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:** Certified Speech Language Pathologist with a valid license to practice in Texas*Therapist Benefits:** Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance* Employee referral bonus program*Basic Physical Requirements** Must be able to maintain various postures such as kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting for extended periods of time.* Must be able to regularly walk and run for extended periods of time.* Must be able to transition from sitting to standing and vice versa independently.* Must be able to utilize quick body movements as may be required by the behavior intervention plan.* Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.* Must be able to transfer/position/transport patients and adaptive equipment.* Must have the visual ability to read and understand written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper means.* Must have the manual dexterity to perform electronic device functions such as data collection._Join our team at Reliant Healthcare Group, Inc. and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while furthering your professional development.
