Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and ancillary support, ensures seamless operations and desired patient outcomes.The NP Nurse Practitioner Cardiac ICU Program Manager will lead provider operations in a 20+ bed Cardiac ICU unit supported by up to nine Provider FTEs. This fast-paced environment balances cutting-edge interventions with compassionate patient and family support, collaborating with leading physicians, nurses, and technicians.
