Reporting to the Manager of Transplant Services, the Renal Nurse Educator leads department education and professional development initiatives for the Renal Department. The Renal Nurse Educator will be responsible for being an expert in their field and will be a department resource for the Nurse Leaders, Staff Nurses, and support staff. The Renal Nurse Educator will coordinate department in-service meetings and staff training including new hire and new-to-department onboarding and orientation.
