  Qualifications:
  
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • At least 4 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience strongly preferred
  • Able to work all stations of the kitchen
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift, push, pull moderate weight, up to 50 lbs.
