Executive Culinary Leader
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team at
Blue Tuba. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
European cuisine and cooking techniques, with excellent leadership
and communication skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Head Chef in creating and executing seasonal
menus
- Leading and mentoring the kitchen team to ensure high standards
of food quality and presentation
- Managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring a smooth
workflow
- Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Inventory management and scheduling
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, chef-driven
restaurant
- Strong knowledge of European cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to
detail
