Job Description:

Experienced Sous Chef Needed. Assist the Head Chef in creating seasonal menus inspired by European culinary traditions. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the kitchen team, managing daily operations, maintaining food safety standards, inventory, and scheduling. Contribute ideas for new dishes and culinary techniques.

Experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant.
Strong knowledge of European cuisine and cooking techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
