Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service
Representative to provide hands-on development to front-line
customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert on products, services, and processes
to assist CSRs
Monitor performance and workloads of front-line CSRs, providing
feedback and recommendations
Collaborate with management to develop efficient processes and
perform basic CSR responsibilities as needed
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in senior customer service roles leading a
small team
2+ years of experience in account management
High School Diploma/GED or Associates Degree required
High proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; DOSS experience is a
plus
Able to work overtime when required
