- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members
on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness,
quality, and speed.
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team
Members.
- May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing,
Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
- Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee
relations.Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising
a team
- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbalPerksWe
